It's been a while since I posted my recipe for vegan banana coconut bread so it was time to add a new one. And what could make a banana bread better than chocolate?! This recipe is really easy and quick. You can enjoy the bread just as it is or with chocolate spread or nut butter! I added walnuts to the batter but that is totally up to you. You could add in more, less or skip them altogether.
Ingredients for 1 Chocolate Bananabread:
3 bananas 3 eggs 50ml oil 30g white sugar 30g brown sugar 190g flour 40g cocoa powder 1tsp baking powder 1tsp baking soda handful of walnuts

First peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
50ml oil · 3 eggs · 30g white sugar · 30g brown sugar · 40g cocoa powder
Then add in oil, eggs, white and brown sugar and cocoa powder and mix well.
