How to make:
Vegan cookies for healthy snacking
Vegetarian / Vegan
When I cook and bake, I often try to find healthier alternatives for my favorite snacks: cookies, for example. With Christmas cookies or all the yummy store-bought ones, the first associations are of course delicious, convenient and nice. However, they usually contain a lot of sugar and for the most part aren't healthy. So I started experimenting and came up with this recipe! No butter and little sugar, but many spices and nutritious ingredients. These cookies are a perfect alternative for healthy snacking. If you didn’t know the ingredients, you would never guess that these spelt cookies are vegan, have no extra fat and are good for your body. Give it a try. I am sure you will love them!
