Prosecco Lime Popsicles

This ice cream is sour and delicious. It is refreshing for hot summer days and is perfect for barbecues. With just a few ingredients you can quickly make a delicious aperitif alternative or a dessert with vacation flair. So grab your favorite Prosecco and get to work! If you like it less alcoholic, you can also swap the Prosecco for mineral water or dilute the Prosecco. Have fun with this recipe!

Ingredients for 6 Popsicles:

4-5 Limes (250ml juice)
50g Sugar
250ml Prosecco
Basil

6 Popsicle Molds

4 Limes

First squeeze the limes.

Eis Mischung

Lime juice· 50g Sugar· 250ml Prosecco· Basil

Cut the basil leaves into small pieces. Mix the lime juice with sugar, Prosecco and basil.

Fill the molds about 1/3 full, so that the sticks do not touch the mixture yet and the basil floats on top. Put them in the freezer until they are hard.

Then pour the rest of the mixture into the molds and add the sticks. Freeze again for several hours. Done!
