Ingredients for Pico de Gallo:
1 Avocado (ripe but firm)
2 Large tomatoes
1 Sweet red pepper
Ingredients for Guacamole:
2 Avocados (very ripe)
1 Garlic clove
Ingredients for Salsa Dip:
3 Large tomatoes
1 Garlic clove
1tbsp Tomato paste
1tsp Paprika powder
Pico de Gallo
1 Avocado · 2 Tomatoes · 1 Onion · 1 Pepper · Cilantro
Cut avocado, tomatoes, onion and pepper into very small pieces. Chop the cilantro leaves and cut the stems into fine rings.
Squeeze the limes and mix with the sliced vegetables.
Salt · Pepper
Season with salt and pepper, if necessary add more lime juice or add more cilantro.
2 Avocados · Jalapeños · 1 Garlic clove
Peel the avocados and mash them up with a fork. Chop the jalapeños and garlic very finely and mix in.
1 Lime · 1tsp Mint · Cilantro · Salt · Pepper
Add the lime juice and season with salt, pepper, mint and chopped cilantro.
1 Onion · 1 Garlic clove · Olive oil · 2 Tomatoes · Jalapeños · 1tbsp Tomato paste
Chop the onion and garlic finely and fry them in a small pot until transparent. Cut the tomatoes and jalapeños and mix them together with some tomato paste. Bring everything to a boil and let simmer briefly.
1tbsp Sugar · 1tsp Paprika powder
Let it cool down a bit and blend carefully. The sauce should not be completely smooth, but rather still have some chunks in it. Add sugar and paprika powder.
Cilantro · Salt · Pepper
Once the salsa has cooled down completely, add chopped cilantro and season with salt and pepper. You can add more jalapeños for more spiciness.
