Spaghetti with feta, mushrooms and tomatoes

Today I have a very simple recipe for you, which can definitely be called comfort food! This spaghetti dish with feta is super easy and tastes delicious. Especially now, when the days are getting much shorter and colder, this dish is perfect to get cozy and enjoy. The creamy feta sauce, sweet and juicy tomatoes with aromatic mushrooms make a delicious spaghetti dish for every day. Best of all: you practically don't have to do anything! Ingredients (serves two):
150g Small tomatoes
1tsp Paprika powder
150g Tomatoes · 200g Feta · Olive oil · Pepper · 1tbsp Basil
As a first step, cut the feta into large pieces and place them in a bowl. Leave the tomatoes whole and add them as well. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper and basil to taste. Bake in the oven at about 180° for 15 minutes.
200g Spaghetti · 150g Mushrooms
In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente and cut the mushrooms into fine slices.
Pepper · Olive oil · Paprika powder
Once the feta has melted a little and the tomatoes are soft, add the mushrooms to the bowl as well and season again with pepper, olive oil and paprika powder. Bake in the oven for another 10 minutes. Lastly mix the spaghetti with the sauce and enjoy!
